Belle on the Bay is a 4 bedroom/ 5 bath bay front home. The home is a reversed floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. Our home is located directly on the Bay and has loads of amenities to keep everyone happy. Belle will include an **elevator, private pool, hot tub, 500' dock (shared with 2 other homes), kayaks, paddle boards,EV Charger, swing bed, screen house at the bay, fire pit, Traeger grill and a wonderful view of the Bay!

A great all around Cape experience: Beach, Bay, Dock, Kayaks, Paddle Boards. Belle on the bay is more than just a home- It is a large, private property with private dock (dock shared with 2 other homes), private heated pool(Pool heat is for an additional fee and is seasonal), screen house, and 4 bed/ 5 bath home located at the desirable north end of the Cape. Great for families with children from toddlers through teens. Parent: stop stressing on the gulf side with your small children and experience the calm, shallow waters of  St. Josephs Bay. Bring your boat - 500 foot dock with fish cleaning sink and crab trap at dock. Loads of room for parking!

-65" outdoor television for enjoying the game while relaxing, in the hot tub or in the pool.

-Amplifier and outdoor speakers for TV viewing, playing Panadora or Bluetooth your music!

2nd Floor:

-Bunk-room with Twin XL over Full XL (2 sets - 4 beds) bath is a tub/ shower Combo.

-Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, and folding surface. This room also has an additional Dorm size Fridge for guests on this level.

-King room with en-suite bath with large shower.

-King room with en-suite with shower.

-Both King bedrooms has access to the deck.

-Deck includes Adirondack style chairs and side tables.

-Deck has a large swing bed to enjoy!

3rd Floor:

-Great Room with Living , Dining and Kitchen.

-Wet bar with wine/beverage cooler and coffee bar. Also includes a Malt Maker!

-Deck area is screened in on this level. Deck has a dining set with 4 chairs.

-King Bed room - adjoining bath is a tub/shower combo. Bath is also accessible when in other areas of the 3 floor.

-You will quickly notice our Octopus theme for Belle On The Bay! Features: Tentacle lighting to guide you up the stairs, one of a kind Octopus Chandelier over the dining table and an Octopus inspired surf board over the kitchen island!

This Home accommodates: 12 guests

Pets are welcome: We just ask that you keep them off the furnishings/ beds and do not leave them unattended. A pet fee is charged and a limit of 2 pets, unless prior approval.

Pool Heat: Florida generally has moderate temperatures in the winter, but our pool heater is an Heat Pump. Once ambient temperatures get below 50 degrees Fahrenheit,  the heat pump will run continuously but efficiency to heat will be drastically reduced.

** The Elevator is a residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and regain elevator functionality. However, if an elevator repair tech / company is required for the repair, repair times can become extended several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
